There were four tables on simple science investigations that were prepared for the students to work on with their parents namely: Digesting Digestion, Teething Problems, Straw it Up! and String CAN communicate. The Brain Buster Quiz Challenge was the culminating activity of the day, this gave the students the chance to test their knowledge on the science concepts learned in class. They were grouped according to their houses, the winning team was awarded 5 house points for each member.

YEAR 4 CELEBRATES THE POWER OF SCIENCE
The Year 4 Science Day commences with an environment themed play
entitled, “Go Green for Life”, the play inculcates the value of taking care of
our environment. The parents were elated that such learning opportunity was
presented to the children which instills the importance of the environment at such
an early age.
