SEWA DAY ACTIVITIES

“Attempt to Change the lives of those around us, by donating time & resources” was the message conveyed by Students of Year 4 on Sewa day which was celebrated from 12th to 23rd  October in the Winchester School. Each and every student from Year 4 participated enthusiastically in the Sewa day activities. Different projects and activities were undertaken by students and were equally embraced by the teachers. Some of the activities were Doing an act of kindness during the mid-term break, arranging ORT books during break time by going to different classes, keeping the  corridors litter free and thanking the support staff by giving them thank you cards which really brought smiles on their faces. All activities were appreciated by one and all.

Everyone who participated in the Sewa day activities together spread the message of helping the society. It was indeed a joyful moment to hear children speak about how their little efforts of kindness could bring smiles on many faces.

ACT OF KINDNESS - I AM THE CHANGE!
Amongst the many activities undertaken by Year 4 towards SEWA DAY, an Act of Kindness was one where the students were to device a plan and carry out a project.
Here is a project carried out by one of our students.
